• Work with treasurer to prepare a budget for the fiscal year.
• Recommend any necessary changes to the budget to the Executive Board.
• Examine financial records, receipts, expenditures, disbursements, vouchers, bills and statements.
• Attest to accuracy of all bank accounts each year
• Produce and present a quarterly report to the Executive Board and membership regarding the finances
